✏️ Address Changes You may request an address change within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, we cannot guarantee modifications, as your order may already be processed. To request a change, contact support@gethormonelle.com.

📦 Failed Delivery Attempts If a parcel is returned to the carrier due to an incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, re-delivery fees may apply depending on the carrier. Hormonelle is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages caused by customer address errors or missing delivery information.
